My deepest condolences on your loss 🥺😌

Understanding that transforming THROUGH pain and FEELING instead of fighting it actually catapults my growth every time has totally freed me!
Pain is a part of life, suffering is a choice.
I truly believe that.
I agree n came to this: “It’s only going to HURT as long as you want it too”!
@Minerva Martnez amén!
By making your mental health and personal growth a priority, you will heal much faster. I understand that this can be hard to do, especially if you have little ones to look after. However, if you do have little ones to look after, it’s even more crucial that you take care of yourself first. This is so you are fully able to take care of others.

Muy interesante.. Gracias
The time is so difficult. I just lost my husband July 11th and now that family and friends aren’t here anymore the grief is really starting to rev up.
I suddenly lost my mom on June 28. Grief is coming and going in waves. I am so sorry for your loss. Please know you aren’t traveling alone through grief. I’m just being easy with myself and taking it day by day.
I am so sorry 😞
Thinking of you. Hope you find something that makes you feel a good today. 🧘♀️💛🌻
I needed this message today. It actually feels as if it is an answer to a prayer. Swimming in a sea of sorrow is no life.

Thank you to be there both of you. I’m feeling so alone at this time. I’m awake with the light 3 years ago. I understand everythink what you say. I used to live in the US. It was my dream. But now come back to the reality. Thank you to be there to help people. Rgds from Belgium (I’m writing a book to help people to open his mind)
‘Bittersweet’ sounds amazing. About being alone, for the last year & a half, I mostly go out by myself. Being in observance mode, I’ve learned alot about people, and myself. Picking up the shards, thank you!! ⚡✨⚡✨⚡
Thank you 🕊
As a reminder, no reason to get sad purposefully or seek situations that perpetuate it (some people get addicted to sadness and never get past it or use it for a catalyst). I’ve noticed this in some folks, the need for it, the need to stay in states of suffering because it’s thought to be enlightening, but we’re not meant to stay in it. Just sharing that thought.
Lewis, you’re wonderful program presenter because you tell a feeling and questions from those who watch you in an honest way and with a distinguished voice. Thank you and to the guest. I see you with the eyes of a director, because I am a director. 🙏
Excellent presentation. Thank you ❤️
Loved this!
