  1. 12 minutes in and I’ve already filled two pages of my notebook with amazing advice and quotes. “You don’t need motivation. You need to BEGIN and motivation will come” – that is gold dust. Thank you Katie and Lewis!

    1. They’re not objectively too long. I personally appreciate feeling the energy behind discussions between people with unique insight I feel is valuable. Also I’d rather sit in covertly on a valuable discussion when I’m grinding out hours at a soul crushing job and I’m sure I’m not alone there.

  2. Such a cool person, experience so well expressed. There so much more in the ultras than simply running and surviving, big experience packed in one race

  3. Inspiring young lady. I agree everyone on this earth has a right to clean water. We as humanity should make that so.
Katie you are a lovely soul and a spiritual being.❤

  4. I loved this interview. I learned somethings from her and appreciated her worldview. I wasn’t going to listen to it at first but figured I’d give it a shot and I’m glad I did. However, I want to take a moment and acknowledge Lewis because he’s such a great interviewer at this point I truly believe he could interview ANYONE and have me hooked. He really listened with his eyes and ears and is so present its amazing. I just don’t know how he does this time and time again. Being so present in these interviews.

  5. Love it! Yes I just had a redefining what is possible moment. Never thought I could do more than 76 laps swimming and this year when I hit 80 I decided to push it and now I am at 124 laps and it was amazing to see and know I know I can go even farther

  6. Wow 🙌🏼 You speak to a lot of interesting people, Lewis, but this talk is absolutely on the top of the list for me. I have never heard of this woman before.. but the wisdom and insight coming through here is just 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Thank you, both 🙏🏼

  7. love this but it’s too long I had to divided to 3 parts, cause I do a lot of sports trust me not easy to push urself each day and challenge yourself the more I do the more I’m obsessed but the motivation is never here I literally push or throw myself I feel sometimes I wana cry especially when I have injury or if my nail broke from the kickboxing 😭

  8. I’m inspired by your Faith. To face the Ocean, knowing that you can bring people clean portions of it❣✌
