ABOUT THE VIDEO
_
In this video, I talk about Friedrich Nietzsche, Ecce Homo, fate, and greatness.
For Nietzsche, becoming who you are leads to greatness. And in Ecce Homo, he wrote, “[that] one becomes what one is presupposes that one does not have the remotest idea what one is.” The question of how you become what you are begins with the idea that you don’t know what you are in the first place. You’re something that has to be discovered, and by taking the journey towards self-discovery, you’re embarking on the journey of a lifetime, while also moving towards your own greatness.
But you’re probably wondering, “where do I discover myself?” No one know where you can find yourself except for you. There are no directions, no sign posts, and nobody to follow. You have to follow your instincts. Only you know which direction to take. There are things which naturally attract your attention, and they present you with questions you can’t help but think about or want answers to. Those questions will lead you towards yourself. Your instincts are the compass which will guide you on your journey.

I love this channel it is so helpful i learned a lot from it thank you so much for the great videos ❤️❤️
I like how i just finished the book “Alchemist” from Paulo Coelho ( which was about following your dream with the guidance of your instinct …) and after that, this video popped up. Maybe the universe has something to say
@Sagar Jariya oh i think i read the power of now, it is such a helpful book
@LevPlays bro I actually don’t have time to reply on YouTube comments lol
And I don’t say anything without thinking
There are way better books than the alchemist that’s my point
And liking a book is about perspective
Two individuals will like the same book , the probability for that is very less
So no I won’t suggest any particular book
But when I say there are better books
There are
@Anjali We asked for examples, oh great bibliophile
@LevPlays look I edited
@Sojourner Karunā Truth or thank God
Your responsibility is achieving your highest potential.
Beautiful video. It seems to me as if life will always test us. As long as we do not go through the things that once hurt us, we will not be free, because all that potential will forever be trapped, creating more and more resentment towards the outside world.
This was so good. Never even thought about anything like this.
Makes me wonder, “In what parts of my life am I acting like Raphael?”
Really good bro ❣️
this video points out we can train our brains to ignore instincts (like a diver resisting the urge to surface and breath, instead pushing deeper and deeper below the surface), our instincts can be ‘corrupted’ by our own consciousness, our instincts are probably still on target. Our instincts have evolved to pick up on things way quicker than our consciousness can process them, so I guess the real task is to learn when to listen and when to override?
This is literally me. I do show it to everyone too much but just imagine this story in a urban setting.
You are not what you do with other people. You are what you decide to consciously do when alone. Only when alone you can think well, slowly, undisrupted, unpressed, sorting what you see as good, yours, worthwhile. Then you can add these things together generelasing laws about you, and detailing what else fits you. And being You is not the End. After you get your path you shouldn’t stay alone. When you learn the path it’s time to walk it. It’s time to put your stamp on the world. And it’s time to create a synthesis with other’s similar to you. Since you got truth then it’s worth to share. To help others who may not figure it out as easy as you. You are inspiration to others. Not many others though. Only moments are pretty only isolated spaces are great. You are here to build own space. You are a bird & every bird needs a nest & a company. If you have confidence you know yourself you have confidence in next generation you will be parent of. Don’t let dreams of others monopolise the world and destroy other ppl spaces & block your dream. Living is a teamwork. But choosing & learning about mates is the most important thing.
Is this an enlightened bot/AI?
@Roger Petronio The rise of AI has begun.
I think “suffer” is the best adjective for this video —- good content — i can dig it
This channel is peaceful for my soul †
How do you break away from this thinking, “faith in suffering”? I often think this way, but now I am conflicted, because the person I am only hurting in many ways is myself, and it’s my own battle. I just want to be free again.
Only you, know what is good or bad for yourself !
To discover what you really are in the core, you can learn MBTI, your personality type, your 8 cognitives functions.
Raphael’s story remains me very much to Charles Bukowski quote: “Don’t try”
It’s your choice if suffering makes you stronger or defeats you. Your choice…
Successful people don’t become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time
Become who you are by subscribing to Shortform and reading one page of a book instead of suffering through all three hundred.
Wake up in the morning and assume everything you know is wrong. Start all over from zero. What do you know for sure? Make a list.
Gravity.
Air.
The sun.
Etc. Be careful what you add to this list.
The next day, and the next, and the next etc, wake up in the morning and do the same. As time goes by the list will get shorter and shorter.
By starting over from zero, a person can introspect and rebuild themselves by keeping what is certain and removing what isn’t. Any good things that you started out with, if they truly were good, will come back to you, better than before.
Maintain this approach to life.
I suppose it’s similar to what some religions call “repentance”, but it works for atheists, too.
Very interesting video. It is very tough to accept any negative criticism from people though. I’ll try to work on this. Also thank you for the book recommendation.
hey thanks for this video
i could see myself as a Raphael – i have been in rut for last 4 years as i got rejected in an audition as i was making progression in my acting career, now after all these dark years which have been light in a way lead to me question about myself what am i
why am i an actor
what is the purpose of this life?
why are we so driven
who is god and so many other question
now i am have slowly shed all the layers and i am again coming back to those days of innocence of child who just enjoyed giving performances
Thanks for your work
