I just told the Wolf story to my people at Tarot Time yesterday…I love that one.
…we must understand emotions are hormones in the body that we can become addicted too. The mind is also of the temporary body and is programmed for survival which is why we resist change. The mind sees it as a threat. This is just how the mind works. The heart however is of the Spirit which is immortal so there is no survival based programming in the heart. This is the secret to manifestation very few really know. Learn to meditate on the heart and reintegrate the heart and mind to align with Spirit and consciously create your reality.
