A little Self-discipline puts you on the fast track to your goals and accomplishments
The best tip I can give you if you are tired is to practice some stretch relaxing meditation thoughout the day and also do walk/laugh meditation specifically before and after sleep it will make your sleep much more deep because of the endorphins. There is a meditation designed for each specific purpose and person. I use to have anxiety before sleeping, (due to lack of sleep and overthinking) walk meditation allowed me to get rid of my anxiety and have deep sleep
Thank you! I agree! I just started consciously walking with my mouth shut and stationary biking! It helps stimulate the parasympathetic system!
@Joy Barber Try smiling or laughing while you do it, it will release more endorphins , laughing stimulates the vagus nerve that activates the parasympathetic nervous system and engaged deep breathing.
Can mental tiredness contribute to physical tiredness? It just occurred to me that I am so tired of some psychological/mental things going on, that it may be manifesting as physical tiredness… any thoughts?
Absolutely – the mind body connection is a real thing. Also it’s amazing the unknown tension that gets stored throughout the body caused by external factors and influences. Yin Yoga really works to allow you to breathe in to these places, during different stationary yin yoga poses / stretches, to then let go of stored tension. The benefits are accumulative and vast.
🙏🏻
Absolutely yes, I was told by a Chronic Fatigue Clinician that mental expenditure is just as tiring to the brain as physical activity is to the body – and both need rest to recover from. Personally I think mental fatigue is worse! I found meditation helps, even if just 5 mins sitting still with eyes shut and no distractions a day. And try writing down all the things bugging you and what you can do to eliminate them. Hope that helps! 😊
Absolutely hun. Read up about it. Educate yourself. You’ll be worth your weight in gold.
I really really would like to be obsessed too….but what keeps me from it is laziness….it takes hard work, concentration and dedication to be obsessed. I am watching this lesson in the hopes to learn to get into gear…sadly its a retorical question here too🤣🤣🤣
Because you’re actually a cat?
👋 hey honey, you’re ace
I found this helpful in some alternative ways to be disciplined.
Thank you so much for this! I appreciate you both! 🙏🏼😊
You’re welcome,thank you for being here 💜
Amazing videos.
Thank you so much for your feedback 🙂
Obsession is a beast. I have to work hard on balancing myself when I’m obsessed. I’ve had to really discipline myself so that I take care of myself during obsessing, and that I don’t become manic.
🤯 Life changing information here. Thank you!

Question
Why do I feel defeated, drowning in life, when there is an unseen change in my life. I flop down and it takes so much mental work to get up and keep going. Is it because I’m a creature of habit? Or that I lost my mom in May and I became single in June after 17 years and I feel I’m finishing raising my 11 & 16 year olds alone as a disabled mom on an SSDI income and a part time job I’m struggling to get to because my boss says it’s all changing from days to nights? How do I overcome and find greatness? I want it but I’m feeling around in the dark.
Honey , look up to the skies, wherever you are. I see the same moon as you.
@Su 1964 Lawn. Thank you
you took two BIG HARD HITS recently. Losing your mom, losing significant other after 17yrs.
The thing I do when I am hit like that is STOP regularly scheduled life and do NOTHING for a good two weeks. I just got hit, I`m knocked down, and I`m going to just go ahead and BE knocked down for a week or two so I can concentrate on the hurt I`m feeling.
Go through it. Dont do anything else. All responsibilities are suspended for now.
After a week or two I feel better able to focus and start sorting out what my next steps in regular scheduled life can proceed.
Just 20 minutes in and very pleased with this video. tHanks.
(I sent out to do one push up a day…adding one each day of the year. Told nobody……..Three more days left in the year, Sometimes when you tell no one but yourself…..that gives you the best odds for success. Best of luck with your New Year’s Resolutions….for you)

*When it comes to the world of investing, most people don’t know where to start. Fortunately, great investors of the past and present can provide us with guidance*
Self discipline yes, someone else holding me accountable, is just nagging and I’m less likely to do it.
So happy you did an interview with Thomas Frank he’s the reason I even tried creating my a personal website 5 years ago!!!
haha (costed me a lot of money over the years then closed it but he helped me get it up nonetheless)😌 lol
Another greatly anticipated interview like the one with Dr. Ramani. I’ve always looked at Thomas Frank’s productivity hacks, that RPG productivity calculator, and the don’t touch your phone save the tree app. This conversation with Lewis Howes was like walking up to my two best friends letting me into a chill chat after powerfit class.
