Jake, using that clip of the guy shaking hands…@ 7:00 he is looking down, no eye contact and very BETA and not confident in that interaction…totally showing all of the body language NOT to do….So perhaps use a different clip that shows someone with a upright, eye contact, confident hand shake.

You visualize what you would see and feel if you were actually doing it. Not watching yourself.
Repetition is the key! You have to be persistent and “trick your brain”. You must form a definite mental picture of what you want before you can receive it.
