Intention Yoga is a 25-45 minute slow flow/deep stretch yoga class.

Although all yoga is intentional "INTENTION YOGA" is designed so that the practitioner may focus on a singular, specific intention throughout their practice.

Today's class is for those who feel difficulty letting good into their lives. After living in chaos for so long, it can feel impossible to attract a life of peace and ease. This yoga class can help you slow down and communicate to your body that it is safe to feel good.
